Ozonated Oils
Powerful therapeutic and anti-aging compounds obtained by bubbling a blend of ozone (O3) and pure medical oxygen through selected vegetable oils for extended periods. The resulting oils keep many of the benefits of ozone gas — germicidal, regenerative, antioxidant and oxygenating — and can also be used to manufacture food supplements. Quality is verified in-house by peroxide, acidity and aldehyde index testing, and we can ozonate vegetable oils to any peroxide index you need.
Semperoil®
The result of a proprietary Ozolabs R&D effort that synergistically blends our certified organic ozonated oils with medicinal plant extracts. Using an in-house process, we extract the liposoluble active compounds of medicinal plants into our ozonated oils without any synthetic additives — usable in dermatological and cosmetic products as well as food supplements. Semperoil® is protected worldwide as a trade secret under international trade law.
Liposomes / Encapsulations
Encapsulations of active ingredients within bilayered phospholipid vesicles for highly effective, slow and constant delivery. For ozonated oils we produce encapsulations with vesicles of aqueous origin. Ozolabs uses certified organic ingredients for all liposomes and encapsulations, and we never use polyethylene glycol (PEG) in our flavorings.
Certified Organic Hydrolats / Hydrosols
Distilled plant waters containing the natural chemical components of different plants, with a skin-friendly pH between 4 and 6. Suitable for dermatological formulations, compresses, foot baths, hair care, perfumes and specific skin-care preparations for children and the elderly. All Ozolabs ingredients are certified organic, vegan and ISO 9001.
Nanoemulsions
Stable oil-in-water or water-in-oil emulsions with droplet sizes between 100 and 1000 nm, made exclusively with food-grade emulsifiers. Their small droplet size facilitates delivery and absorption of active substances by the skin or the gut. Our nanoemulsions are third-party analyzed for droplet-size distribution and can be used in food supplements, pharmaceutical products and dermatological formulations.
